Reductil (sibutramine hydrochloride) is a drug that belongs to the class of a neurotransmitter reuptake inhibitors. It maintains the natural level of certain chemicals in the brain that are responsible for appetite regulation. It therefore reduces food cravings and makes it possible for you to do with less food without feeling miserable.
